Preparing the chart you bring
Choose one instrument and one timeframe you actually use. Export or print a window that includes the last swing that confused you. Write, in one sentence, what you thought was happening before the move that surprised you.
Remove indicators you cannot explain in a clause. If a moving average is on the screen, you should be able to say why that length belongs to this review. Colour noise hides the argument.
Arrive with that sentence, not a folder of every market you glanced at this month. The desk can cover depth or breadth. It cannot cover both in ninety minutes and still be a review.
