What we collect

From the contact form and follow-up email we take your name, email address, optional telephone number, the sitting you asked about, and the message you wrote. In the room we may keep an attendance note and the recap we send you. We do not run account logins or payment cards on this website.

Why we use it

We use this information to answer you, to schedule and run the sitting, to send the written recap, and to keep a modest bookkeeping trail of who attended. The legal bases are steps toward a training contract and our legitimate interest in running a small teaching desk. Where Georgian data-protection rules require consent for a specific use, we will ask.

Cookies

The only optional storage this site seeks is a cookie-preference flag in localStorage, described on the cookies page. Analytics products are not installed.

Sharing

We do not sell lists. We may share details with an accountant or lawyer if a booking dispute or tax record requires it, or if the law compels us. Hosting the static site may involve a processor who stores the files you already see in the browser; they are not given your form contents unless we later choose a hosted inbox, in which case that inbox provider sees the email you sent.

Retention

Enquiry messages we do not convert to a sitting are kept up to twelve months. Attendance and recap files are kept up to three years for teaching continuity and bookkeeping, then deleted or reduced to anonymous counts.

Your choices

You may ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion of data we hold, and you may object to processing that rests on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with Georgia’s personal data protection authority. Deleting a recap does not unwind a sitting already delivered.
