Terms of training

These terms govern instruction booked with Workfield Chart Lab at Aghmashenebeli Highway #07, Kobuleti, Georgia. They apply to live chart reviews, private desk hours, group review circles, and structure foundations. They do not create a brokerage relationship, investment advice mandate, or sale of financial products.

The service

We teach chart-reading method in scheduled sittings. Attendance is training. Nothing said in the room is an instruction to buy or sell. You remain responsible for any market activity you undertake outside the sitting.

Booking

Requests travel by the contact form, email, or telephone. A seat exists only when the desk confirms it in writing. Informational prices on this site are not an offer that completes online. We may refuse a booking if the sitting is full, if foundations are a stated prerequisite you have not completed, or if the request is for trade placement rather than training.

Conduct

Recording requires prior written consent. Harassment, recording in secret, or using the recap as a public trade call in our name is grounds for ending the sitting without a replacement hour.

Intellectual material

Markup sheets, recaps, and spoken method remain our teaching materials. You may keep your personal notes. You may not republish recaps as a product or imply that Workfield Chart Lab endorses a later trade.

Liability

Training cannot guarantee skill, income, or market results. To the extent Georgian law allows, we are not liable for trading losses you take after a sitting. We are responsible for delivering the scheduled instruction with reasonable care.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Disputes that cannot be settled by conversation should be brought in the courts competent for Kobuleti, unless mandatory consumer rules say otherwise.
